| 目的 减少用软袋包装粉剂时,由于包装过程中,粉剂扬尘致使包装膜无法封口或封口不牢,造成包装次品率较高的风险。方法 通过分析粉剂的特性,针对不同含糖量、湿度、颗粒的粉剂,对Hausner比值和流动性进行深入的研究,获得导致粉剂扬尘的基本原因;通过改变螺杆的节距、直径等参数,构建出变量化螺杆结构数字模型,分析螺杆内粉剂压强的变化规律,获得流量与压强的关系模型;通过设计变量化的螺杆结构,避免或减少粉剂落袋时的扬尘,提高包装速度和质量。结果 通过测试并分析多种粉剂测试扬尘情况,并以典型扬尘粉肽粉为例,设计出直径d1=8 mm的变节距螺杆,包装质量为15 g,包装良品率达100%,且包装质量精度+3Sigma为4.44,−3Sigma为4.06。结论 根据粉剂的特性,设计并优化新型螺杆结构,能有效地减少扬尘的现象发生,提高了超细微粉的软包装合格率,保证了食品安全。 |

| The work aims to reduce the risk of high defective packaging rates caused by powder dust dispersion during the packaging process, which prevents sealing or results in weak seals when soft bags are used for powder products. By analyzing the characteristics of powders, such as different sugar contents, humidity, and particle size etc., the basic causes of powder dust were obtained by conducting in-depth research on the Hausner ratio and flowability. By changing parameters such as pitch and diameter of the screw, the digital model of variable screw structure was constructed to analyze the variation law of powder pressure inside the screw and obtain the relationship model between flow and pressure. The variable screw structure was designed to avoid or reduce the powder dust and improve the packaging speed and quality. By testing and analyzing results about the dust of various powders, and taking typical peptide powder as an example, the variable pitch screw with a diameter of 8 mm was designed. The packaging weight was 15 g, the packaging yield rate was 100%, and the +3Sigma was 4.44 and the −3Sigma was 4.06 regarding the packaging weight accuracy. A new type of screw structure is designed and optimized based on the powder characteristics, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of dust and improve the soft packaging qualification rate of ultra-fine powder to ensure food safety. |
