| 目的 改善卷烟小盒包装密封性能，提高流通环节卷烟含水率和香气的保持能力。方法 采用单因素结合响应面设计试验法，对ZB45包装机中卷烟小盒密封度进行优化，以小盒密封度的合格率为评价指标，考察烙铁温度、顶封烙铁和底封烙铁之间的间隙、烙铁形状及工作面积对ZB45包装机中卷烟小盒密封度的合格率的影响。结果 最佳实验条件:烙铁形状由工字形改为倒角工字形，烙铁凸出面积由60%提高到87.3%，烙铁温度设置为145 ℃，烙铁间隙设置为85.8 mm。结论 通过单因素和响应面法优化了卷烟小盒密封度的工艺参数，小盒平均密封度由1.50 kPa提高到4.05 kPa，小盒密封度合格率由50%提高到98%。 |

| The work aims to improve the sealing performance of cigarette packets and enhance the retention ability of moisture content and aroma of cigarettes in the circulation process. The sealing degree of cigarette packets in ZB45 packaging machine was optimized by the single factor combined with response surface design. Then, the effects of factors such the temperature of soldering iron, the gap between the top sealing soldering iron and the bottom sealing soldering iron and the shape and working area of soldering iron on the qualification rate of the sealing degree of cigarette packets in ZB45 packaging machine were investigated based on the comprehensive evaluation. The optimum experimental conditions were as follows:the shape of the soldering iron was changed from I-shaped to chamfered I-shaped, the protruding area of the soldering iron increased from 60% to 87.3%, the soldering iron temperature was set to 145 ℃, and the soldering iron gap was set to 85.8 mm. The technological parameters of cigarette packet sealing degree are optimized by single factor and response surface method. The average sealing degree of cigarette packets increases from 1.50 kPa to 4.05 kPa, and the qualification rate of packet sealing degree increases from 50% to 98%. |
