| 目的 通过分析NEWTOP型高速智能纸杯机的工作原理,研究纸杯的整体成型工艺,各机构的运行规律,设计出满足NEWTOP型高速智能纸杯机要求的弧面凸轮分度机构,并通过仿真分析验证其合理性。方法 建立共轭坐标系计算出曲面方程,利用SOLIDWORKS软件建立弧面凸轮分度机构模型,运用UG软件对弧面凸轮分度机构进行运动学仿真分析,使用Origin软件进行数据整理。结果 转盘的角位移能够精准实现七工位的分度定位。其角速度曲线平稳变化,确保了机构运行的平稳性。同时,角加速度曲线在合理范围内波动,避免了过大的冲击与振动。结论 通过分析弧面凸轮机构转盘的角位移、角速度和角加速度曲线图,验证得到此弧面凸轮分度机构可使主旋转塔成型机构的七工位精确止停,与设计需求吻合,满足预期设计,确保NEWTOP型高速智能纸杯机能够高速、平稳运行。 |

| The work aims to analyze the working principle of the NEWTOP high-speed intelligent paper cup machine, study the overall forming process of paper cups and the operating rules of each mechanism, design an indexing mechanism with globoidal cams that meets the requirements of the NEWTOP high-speed intelligent paper cup machine, and verify its rationality through simulation analysis. A conjugate coordinate system was established to calculate the surface equation.The SOLIDWORKS software was used to establish the model of the globoidal cam indexing mechanism. The UG software was employed to conduct kinematic simulation analysis on the globoidal cam indexing mechanism, and the Origin software was used for data sorting. The angular displacement of the turntable could precisely achieve seven-station indexing and positioning. Its angular velocity curve changed smoothly, ensuring the stability of the mechanism operation. Meanwhile, the angular acceleration curve fluctuated within a reasonable range, avoiding excessive shock and vibration. By analyzing the graphs of angular displacement, angular velocity, and angular acceleration of the turntable of the globoidal cam mechanism, it is verified that this globoidal cam indexing mechanism can enable the seven-station precise stop of the main rotating tower forming mechanism, which is in line with the design requirements, meets the expected design, and ensures that the NEWTOP high-speed intelligent paper cup machine can operate at high speed and stably. |
