| 目的 解决加热卷烟复合铝箔纸生物难以降解兼顾加热卷烟纸防水防油性能问题。方法 通过烷基烯酮二聚体改性淀粉(AKD-Starch)、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性淀粉(GPTMS-Starch)、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷改性淀粉(VTES-Starch)与壳聚糖/木质素磺酸钠复合涂层制备防水防油加热卷烟纸。结果 VTES-Starch的综合性能最优。当淀粉与改性剂质量比为1∶1.2、喷涂量为1.6 g/m2时加热卷烟纸水接触角达133°,甘油吸收率低至2.17%,防油等级达10级。当涂布厚度为90 μm时,Cobb 60值降至30 g/m2,水蒸气透过率为148 g/(m2.d),同时加热卷烟纸保持了良好的力学性能,15 d降解率为29.02%。结论 本研究成功开发了基于VTES-Starch与壳聚糖/木质素磺酸钠复合涂层的高性能加热卷烟纸,为加热卷烟纸的开发提供了理论依据和技术支持。 |

| The work aims to address the issues of poor biodegradability of composite aluminum foil paper for heated cigarette paper while maintaining its waterproof and oil-proof properties. A waterproof and oil-proof heated cigarette paper was developed by preparing composite coatings of alkyl ketene dimer-modified starch (AKD-Starch), 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane-modified starch (GPTMS-Starch), vinyltriethoxysilane-modified starch (VTES-Starch), and chitosan/sodium lignosulfonate. VTES-Starch exhibited the best overall performance. When the ratio of starch-to-modifier was 1∶1.2 (w:w) and the spraying amount was 1.6 g/m2, the water contact angle of the heated cigarette paper reached 133°, the glycerol absorption rate was as low as 2.17%, and the oil-proof rating reached grade 10. Additionally, when the coating thickness was 90 μm, the Cobb 60 value decreased to 30 g/m2, the water vapor transmission rate was only 148 g/(m2.d), and the paper maintained good mechanical properties while demonstrating excellent biodegradability (degradation rate of 29.02% in 15 d). In this study, the high-performance heated cigarette paper has been developed successfully based on VTES-Starch and chitosan/sodium lignosulfonate coatings, which provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the development of heated cigarette paper. |
